How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is simple, just follow the steps below.
1. Select a package,  enter your username
2. Click “Connect” to confirm your profile
3. Click “Pay Now” to check out securely via PayPal or Card

Do I have to follow other users?

No, you do not have to follow any users, just sit back and watch your profile grow!

What do I do in the rare occasion that followers Unfollow me?

This is highly unlikely however we always over deliver on followers at least 200+ in the rare case where you experience any losses of followers below your original purchase please email us with your username and purchase details up to 2 weeks after the purchase and we will replace them free of charge.

Do you require my password?

No, simply just provide us a link or username for your social media profile/page and make sure its set to public.

Why does my profile need to be public?

We kindly ask that our customers ensure that they make their profile public before they make a purchase, this will ensure the full quantity of followers is delivered and received.

How long will I start to see it take effect?

Some services such as Instagram Likes are instant after purchasing. Please not that large orders may take longer to be delivered.

If I buy followers, likes or views will my profile be suspended?

We have delivered our services and helped many clients such as businesses, celebrities, models, bands and even government officials to build their social media presence. We have a 100% customer satisfaction rate and have never had any reports of our services leading to a ban on any social media platform.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your likes/followers must be unreceived.


Several factors occur when we look into the eligibility of a refund. If the services have been added, we cannot accept refunds. We also do not accept refunds for any loss of followers/services as we will offer credit for any time that this occurs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a valid reason for the refund..


Please do not ask to be refunded if you have not contacted us within 30 days of purchase  .


There are certain situations where only partial refunds/store credit are granted: (if applicable)

* Non delivery of automatic payments

* Drastic loss of followers/likes

* Non delivery of service



Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return enquiry is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be considered for refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are undelivered.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@monkeysocialclimb.com .



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for reading our terms and conditions before making a purchase on our website. Depending on your payment method, will depend on the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
